What sizes does Primary carry?

We carry a wide range of sizes to accommodate various body types and preferences. Our sizes typically range from XS to XL, but specific size availability may vary by product. Please refer to our size guide per brand for detailed measurements to guide you to your perfect fit.

If your size is unavailable, please feel free to reach out and we will work with our beautiful brands to get the right size for you.

How can I work out my size?

Finding the perfect fit is important to us and we hope it is to you too. We recommend checking our branded size guides, located on each product page, for specific measurements and tips on how to measure yourself accurately.

How do I book a fitting?

Currently we have a zoom fitting service with professionally trained fitters. you can book a fitting through our Fit page.

If you are in Melbourne and interested in a physical fitting service, feel free to reach out.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

At the moment Primary ships within Australia only. If you are interested in purchasing from somewhere else, firstly, hello, and secondly, please feel free to get in touch.

What is your return policy

We want you to love your purchase and we want them to fit perfectly! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn and unwashed bras or bralettes within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We do not accept returns for briefs and thongs due to hygiene precautions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number.

You can use this number to track your package directly through Australia Post.
