If your size is unavailable, please feel free to reach out and we will work with our beautiful brands to get the right size for you.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Shipping on exchanges is free. This includes the return shipping and the new shipping fee to you for the exchanged size.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
At the moment Primary ships within Australia and to New Zealand, USA and Canada.
If you are interested in purchasing from somewhere else, firstly, hello, and secondly, please feel free to get in touch.
We want you to love your purchase and we want them to fit perfectly! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn and unwashed bras or bralettes within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns for briefs, thongs, bodysuits and adhesive solutions due to hygiene precautions.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package directly through Australia Post.
