Order Cutoff Time
Primary Lingerette Uses Australia Post.
All Australia Post Standard orders received before 12:00pm AEST will be processed the same day or the following business day. All orders after 12:00pm AEST will be processed within two business days.
All Australia Post Express Post orders placed before 12:00pm AEST will be shipped the same day and after 12:00pm AEST the next day.
You will receive a confirmation email of your order and another notification when your order has shipped.
Handling Time is usually 1-2 business days and Transit Time between 1-5 business days after the order is posted.
Shipping charges
We offer a flat $10AUD fee for Australia Post shipping within Australia. We offer complimentary Australia Post shipping for any orders over $100AUD.
International shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. Please be in touch if you have an international special requests hello@primarystore.com.au.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@primarystore.com.au with your order number, and we will look into it for you.
