Track Your Order

You can follow your order from dispatch through to delivery using the tracking details provided in your confirmation email.


When Will I Receive Tracking?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • The name of the carrier

  • A direct tracking link

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to activate.


Our Shipping Partners

We ship within Australia using Australia Post.

Your shipping confirmation email will confirm the carrier used for your order.


Track via Your Confirmation Email

You can track your parcel directly using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If you cannot locate your tracking email, please contact us at hello@primarystore.com.au and we will assist.


Did Not Receive Tracking Information?

If you cannot locate your tracking email:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.

  2. Confirm the email address used at checkout.

  3. Contact us at hello@primarystore.com.au with your order number.

We will respond promptly.


Tracking Has Not Updated

If tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
