How It Works
1. SELECT TRY AT HOME
When adding items to your cart, choose the Try At Home button.
2. PAYMENT HOLD
We'll temporarily reserve the full order amount on your card. It will appear as a pending transaction, but you won't be charged a thing until you've decided what to keep.
3. TRY PRIMARY AT HOME
Once your order arrives, you'll have 4 days to try everything on in the comfort of your own space.
4. COMPLETE YOUR ORDER
You'll receive access to your Customer Portal where you can finalise your order. You only pay for what you love.
RETURNS
If something isn't right, we'll send you a prepaid return label by email once you've submitted your return request through the Customer Portal.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Returns must be posted within 3 days of completing your order.
- If you return your entire order, a $15 restocking fee applies.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.
When you use the Try Before You Buy service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorize your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorization simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.
You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order through the Customer Portal.
The Restocking fee is a $15 charge that applies only if you decide to return all items from your order. This fee covers the cost of the service, including shipping, handling, and processing of returns. It is only charged if no items from the order are kept. This fee ensures that we can continue to offer our customers the flexibility to try products at home before committing to a purchase.
Please note this service is currently only available in Australia.
Try Before You Buy orders must be completed in the Mirra Customer Portal. You will be able to confirm which items you wish to purchase, and request a return if needed.
Lingerie comes with a few considerations, so not every Primary piece is eligible to be tried at home. Items such as bodysuits and underwear are excluded.
Any styles available within the Try Before You Buy collection are part of the service and can be selected to try at home.
